Pressed grating

The aesthetic pressed grating (which can be made of galvanized steel or stainless steel) makes it particularly suitable for civil uses with low load capacity.

It is made up of bearing bars intersecting together with cross bars by way of a hard pressing treatment.

The notches on the bearing bars are made by high precision production lines and the cross bars are inserted by pressing.

Il grigliato pressato con collegamento dei piatti portanti in piattino assicura la stabilità del grigliato aumentandone allo stesso tempo la portata, garantendo buone performance operative oltre a dare un elevato valore estetico.

  • serrated

Il grigliato pressato dentellato è prevalentemente utilizzato nelle zone a rischio scivolamento.

  • extra serrated-antislip

Il grigliato pressato dentellato doppio è ottenuto utilizzando piatti portanti e piattini di collegamento in laminato o in cesoiato superficialmente dotati di denti opportunamente sagomati. Questa particolare combinazione è studiata per rispondere alle norme antinfortunistiche ove sia richiesta una particolare funzione antisdrucciolevole. Consigliato ovunque si operi con liquidi o sostanze oleose.

  • heel proof

Il termine “antitacco” non ha alcun riferimento normativo, ma viene comunemente utilizzato per definire  un grigliato che abbia o le barre portanti o i piattini di collegamento trasversali di interasse uguale o inferiore a 11 mm. Viene normalmente utilizzato nel settore civile e dove vi sia una grande affluenza pedonale.

thanks to this special shape this fixing system ensure the stability of the grating panels even in places undergoing heavy strains.

shaping

Each building and every situation has different shapes and needs, because of this Baldassar has organized a technically specialized department, able to give special shapes and patterns to the product. Thanks to shaping, each grating element can have the most suitable contour for an easy inclusion and laying in position with minimum waste of material.

banding

Through the banding process, it is possible to give the grating panel a different finishing or a customized one according to the drawing of the client himself, like for example round or rounded, squared or shaped edges of stair treads. This deformation process is completely planned and performed inside Baldassar premises.

calandering

Thanks to a technologically advanced equipment, our technical department can apply any deformation on metallic profiles following detailed drawings, giving them a circular curve. The process is all within our production department therefore no need to wait for the performance from third party companies and no waste of time.

Il grigliato pressato dentellato doppio è ottenuto utilizzando piatti portanti e piattini di collegamento in laminato o in cesoiato superficialmente dotati di denti opportunamente sagomati. Questa particolare combinazione è studiata per rispondere alle norme antinfortunistiche ove sia richiesta una particolare funzione antisdrucciolevole. Consigliato ovunque si operi con liquidi o sostanze oleose.

Il termine “antitacco” non ha alcun riferimento normativo, ma viene comunemente utilizzato per definire  un grigliato che abbia o le barre portanti o i piattini di collegamento trasversali di interasse uguale o inferiore a 11 mm. Viene normalmente utilizzato nel settore civile e dove vi sia una grande affluenza pedonale.

Each building and every situation has different shapes and needs, because of this Baldassar has organized a technically specialized department, able to give special shapes and patterns to the product. Thanks to shaping, each grating element can have the most suitable contour for an easy inclusion and laying in position with minimum waste of material.

banding

Through the banding process, it is possible to give the grating panel a different finishing or a customized one according to the drawing of the client himself, like for example round or rounded, squared or shaped edges of stair treads. This deformation process is completely planned and performed inside Baldassar premises.

calandering

Thanks to a technologically advanced equipment, our technical department can apply any deformation on metallic profiles following detailed drawings, giving them a circular curve. The process is all within our production department therefore no need to wait for the performance from third party companies and no waste of time.
